i love poetry!
Especially good poetry..
so the fact is... i am addicted to Def Poetry if only b/c it allows me to watch and study other poets at work and lets me see the possiblities of a craft i am suddenly wanting to perfect.. (much like anything else in my life)

but today.. i know it was a rerun.. but i was really captured by stacey ann chin..
I love her delivery.. so i suggest you check out the poem she did.. which would be #4 on her poetry page.. It's called "If only out of vanity" ....
My favorite lines:

I want to be the girl who never cries

I want to go down in history
