the internet is a wonderful thing. I track who looks at my page and find out what brought them there.. i always find that interesting it's usually a comment on the nappturality board that garners the most responses... closesly behind that is usually links from other sites such as blog rings and what not..

But it is clear to me that i am not the only person this weekend who watched HBO's show on Beah Richards.. A wonderful show if you haven't seen it. It tracks that life and last days of Beah Richards an activist, poet, actress, teacher, songwriter.. I have made her my new role model.. I never really had one.. but her presence is beautiful and strong.. and that is what i want to portray to the world. A beautiful and forceful and engaging personality.. She had that all.. and FIESTY too.. i think fiesty old woman are cool.. especially the artistic ones.. so moving on.. alot of people must have watched that on saturday.. and googled her..

The next top search this weekend that brought people to my site.. is those damn GHETTO SLANG FLASH CARDS.. what in the hell?

I love that show in VH1 called the best week ever.. they do a recap of the week that reminds me of the segment on SNL but they have comedians critique the whole week and it's damn hilarious... Well this week's item is the Ghetto Slang Flash Card.. and i'm wondering WHY? who had time to do this.. and WHY? why do people need this WHY? but apparently.. every one else is just as curious as i am cuz just like i did.. they googled it.. and maybe b/c of me.. that site that has those god forsaken cards.. is getting alot of hits.. cuz i added the link to my entry.. damn me.. and damn them too.. i'm like... SHEEEET if you don't know what the hell we are talking about.. well then you really don't need to know.. my friends make up new words on the daily.. cuz we want to.. and cuz we can... F it.. if we really wanted you to know what the heck we were talking about.. we woulda sent out an email.. or made up a yahoogroup or told msn.. so they could add it to your damn msn messages.. or tell cnn so they could run it in one of those damn tickers that go across your screen... but no... we didn't do that.. and well hell.. sometimes.. i don't even know what the hizzle my own people are talking about on the real.. and i'm black.. from BROOKLYN!?!?!?!? WTF!?!? Didn't you people learn reading comprehension in school.. it's called listening and paying attention to the context of the word used.. hell.. figure it out.. your damn self.. you dont need flash cards.. cuz by the time.. you learn those words.. we would have already developed new ones.. to replace.. those.. and we will move our milkshake to other area codes..
