has some places that need reconstruction
there has been a breach in the structure
a small space in the exterior
has allowed
items to seep into the
inner walls
seepage in the structure
has allowed
a small crack to become a hole
large enough for a human hand to reach into
and cause a malfunction in the central wiring system
the main generator is suffering from some
if you will...palpitations
and management is not sure if
we can restore this building back to it's orginial beauty
we are confident in the talent of our craftsman
to repair and restore the structure to former grandeur
the wiring can easily be fixed but you will always
be able to see where we have assigned new parts to the damaged areas
but the repair work will be seamless
and this brickhouse will be as good as new
livable by the previous inhabitants once again
just make sure to
do daily and weekly checks
to maintain such a beautiful structure
you don't want this to fall into the wrong hands
not everyone knows how to handle such a well built
beautiful residence
so be careful
we have established some fail safes
but you will have to keep an eye out
for negligent tenants
unworthy work/repair/handy men
not everyone who says they are qualified to
enter into this establishment is who they say they are.
Please be careful with this brickhouse.
It's a unique one of a kind structure that needs special care.
We will check on you periodically to ensure maintenance and security
are kept up.
